1. Agreement

By using BROCKY Games or creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

2. The service

BROCKY Games offers free browser games with scores, XP, Brocks, achievements, a leaderboard and social features, provided “as is”.

3. Your account

• At least 13 years old, or parental permission.
• One account per person; keep your password secret.
• Usernames may not be offensive, discriminatory or misleading.
• You are responsible for your account.

4. Rules of conduct

It is not allowed to:

• cheat, manipulate scores or use bots/scripts;
• exploit bugs (please report them instead);
• bully, threaten or harass other players;
• post spam, ads or inappropriate content;
• attack or overload the site.

5. XP, Brocks and items

• XP, Brocks and items are virtual and have no monetary value.
• They cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Suspicious scores are ignored; in case of abuse, balances may be adjusted.

6. Sanctions

The admin may warn, remove scores or (temporarily) block an account. You can object via the contact form.

7. Intellectual property

The design, code, images and logo of BROCKY Games belong to Brayane T. Classic game concepts belong to their respective owners; the versions here are original reinterpretations.

8. Changes

These terms may change; important changes will be announced on the site. Belgian law applies.
